Directions -

On a cotton pad, Spray  2-3 times and gently rub in circular motions along gum lines paying attention to the back molar area of mouth on both sides.

Can also be sprayed directly in to mouth onto Teeth and gumlines with 1 spray each side.

This is not to be added to drinking water
